Bilyoner Interaktif Hizmetler A.S (Interactive Services) has become Turkey's first Internet based gaming platform via agreements with State Authority (Spor Toto) on March 26, 2004, Turkey Jockey Club (TJK) on October 13, 2005, and General Directorate of National Lottery (MPI) on December 6, 2006.
"Bilyoner.com" brand is owned by Bilyoner Interaktif Hizmetler A.S., with the right to manage Sport Toto, National Lottery and TJK horce racing games.
Awards distributed by Bilyoner.com to its members since 2004 amount to more than 400 million TL.
